What's the gig?

In this exciting and varied role. You'll help support and grow the business across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint leveraging existing client relationships and uncovering new opportunities across both corporate and social event sectors. You'll also lend a hand managing our online agent network and ticketing partners, so if you've got an eye for detail, a passion for people and a love for fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.

So, what would your day look like?

You'll work closely with the broader sales team to:

  • Proactively secure business and drive revenue, working with both existing clients and new prospects
  • Coordinate and manage bookings end to end – from enquiry to event delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Dreamworld, WhiteWater world and SkyPoint
  • Contribute to campaigns, strategy, forecasts and reporting
  • Support our online ticketing network, keeping agent content up to date and relevant
  • Represent Dreamworld at functions and keep your finger on the pulse with competitor and market intel

What we're chasing:

We're after someone with a solid understanding of the sales process and a flair for negotiation, who can work independently while still being a team player. You'll need to juggle competing deadlines with ease, solve problems with a can-do attitude, and bring top-notch customer service to every interaction. Bonus points if you have experience in a similar role within tourism, events or entertainment
