**THE ROLE**
The role of Retail and Partnerships Marketing Manager for Nutrition Warehouse is responsible for driving world class retail marketing and execution across our 110+ Nutrition Warehouse bricks and mortar stores across Australia and New Zealand.
With a passion for retail experiences and a deep understanding of marketing, this role will be lead the charge when it comes to bringing alive the Nutrition Warehouse Brand across our retail network, constantly looking to optimise our execution and deliver WOW

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead supplier partnerships, managing 12-month marketing calendars and executing joint campaigns.
- Main marketing contact for NW retail suppliers, fostering positive relationships and identifying mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
- Develop and manage national event sponsorships, negotiating contracts and executing event activations.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to create and execute local store marketing initiatives, including grand openings and sales events.
- Managing major retail campaigns
- Fostering positive relationships with key suppliersWorking closely with the operations and sales teams

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in retail and partnerships marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize performance.Strong organisational skills in a high paced environment

We are looking for someone with strong retail marketing experience who is high energy with a passion for health and fitness
- 3-5 years experience in retail marketing
- Demonstrated success collaborating with all functions of the business; and
- Deep understanding of customer insights.
