Dreamworld is Australia’s biggest theme park, with rides, slides and wildlife all in one place on the Gold Coast - Australia's playground. SkyPoint is perched on level 77 of the Q1 Building, a sheer 230m above Surfers Paradise. SkyPoint is Australia’s only beach side observation deck offering views from Brisbane to Byron Bay.

We host around one million visitors each year with a staff of more than 1000 including ride operators, lifeguards, climb leaders, engineers, entertainers, animal carers and many more all focussed on one mission - creating happy memories that last a lifetime

**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to play an integral role in our ‘lean but mighty’ marketing team. The role reports directly to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing and has one direct report, holding responsibility for the following:

- Working closely with the GM Sales and Marketing and other key business stakeholders on planning of marketing activity and campaigns.
- Execution of campaigns alongside the broader marketing team, including management of all touch points of the campaign such as film and photo shoots, PR activities, and relationship management with our agency partners to ensure on time and effective delivery of messaging.
- Complete ownership and control of the SkyPoint Brand, including management of marketing budget and media spend, SkyPoint owned channels (direct, web, and social) and working closely with the SkyPoint management team to ensure that business objectives are being met
- Providing marketing support for Events and Sales teams to ensure that we are taking advantage of our sales and revenue generating opportunities

**About you**
We’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who has a ‘get it done’ approach, and isn’t afraid of having a bit of fun on the way. You will have had previous experience in end-to-end campaign management with a demonstrated history of delivering strong ROI. You will have a strong understanding of public relations and print and digital asset production methodologies. This will be underpinned by your tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or other related discipline. Prior experience in a tourism, entertainment, or FMCG environment will be advantageous.

You will have intermediate to advanced skill in using the Microsoft office suite, and some basic design skills will set you up for success. You will have well developed time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage and prioritise your own work and that of others in a busy environment with competing demands.
