**Description**

Australia’s favourite theme parks, Dreamworld & WhiteWater World and the iconic SkyPoint Observation Deck and Climb present a rare and exciting career opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team located at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast.

**Key duties include**:

- Contribution to the execution of content of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin accounts for Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint, Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation and Moonlight Night Market, including:

- Content capture and creation
- Upload of paid ads under guidance of the Digital Marketing Executive
- Community management on social channels that are public facing
- Working with Guest Services and Contact Centre teams to ensure a consistent brand voice is used in direct communications
- Upload, scheduling, and publishing of website content updates (no coding knowledge required - training provided)
- General digital marketing tasks in support of the Digital Marketing Executive and broader marketing team

**To be considered, applicants must satisfy the following criteria**:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in a digital marketing, customer service and/or administrative role
- Understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
- Previous exposure to digital marketing campaigns
- Able to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Adaptable in role to assist in ad-hoc duties as needed
- Excellent judgement in identifying and managing potentially negative posts
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills including the ability to handle multiple products with changing priorities
