As a Leading Real Estate Agency, Movable welcomes applications to join our talented team of professionals.

In this role of Sales Administrator you would be supporting some of the best agents in the region who are known for their professionalism, motivation and success. You will be required to assist our agents with all administration related to listing and selling properties. The successful applicant will be highly organised, responsible, reliable and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have worked in a team based sales environment with exposure to real estate software.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating our database and CRM.
  • All aspects of residential sales administration and communication.
  • Creation and assistance of all listings and marketing material.
  • Assisting the Sales Agents throughout the entire sales process.
  • Tracking and reconciling property advertising.
  • Managing the entire settlement process including the sales trust account and advertising trust account transactions.
  • Calculating sales agent's commission statements.

The successful candidate must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Experience with Agentbox or other real estate software.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid experience with Excel including the use of formulas.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
  • Superb communication, administration and organisation skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for property.
