The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Reception & Leasing Associate to join our Bundaberg team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital part in ensuring a positive experience across our reception and leasing functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the real estate industry and be supported by an experienced, friendly and community-focused team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding front desk and reception service, greeting clients in person and over the phone
  • Manage leasing enquiries and conduct open homes and private inspections
  • Process tenancy applications in line with relevant legislation
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with technology and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service (real estate experience highly regarded but not essential)
