1. Solicitor – Property, Contracts & Business

Work across a wide range of commercial and private client matters, including property law, contract law, business transactions, leasing & general commercial law.

Key Requirements:

• Applicant's with less than 2 years PAE are welcome to apply as practitioners required at all levels of experience.
• Ability to manage a busy file load with strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Leadership potential – mentoring junior lawyers and law students.
• Client development skills with an interest in building long-term relationships.
• Current driver's licence (inter-office travel may be required).
• LEAP or PEXA software experience desirable.

2. 2. Solicitor – Estate Planning & Administration

An excellent opportunity to develop your career in a busy and rewarding Estates practice. You will work directly with senior lawyers and partners on a variety of matters, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, managing estates, and guiding clients through probate and administration processes.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication, drafting, and client liaison skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Enthusiasm to develop expertise in estate planning, probate, and administration.
• A proactive and professional approach to learning and contributing to the team.
• A compassionate approach to client care.

This role offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth, with structured mentoring, exposure to complex matters, and opportunities to progress into senior solicitor or partner roles as your skills and experience develop.

3. Experienced Family Lawyer (4+ years PAE)

Join our Family Law department, managing quality matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, child support, and divorce. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take ownership of files, work directly with partners, and play a key role in growing the department & firm.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated passion for family law.
• Strong advocacy, legal analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Court and client representation experience.
• Organisational and file management strength.
• Interest in developing the family law practice and advancing within the firm.
