The Russell Boutique Hotel is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our expanding team. If you have a passion for hospitality & a genuine love of customer service we'd like to hear from you

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Check-in and check-outs
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Cash handling and processing payments
  • Providing guests with information on the area and our facilities
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Building and maintaining relationship with guests
  • Monitoring guest feedback and report any issue to Management

To be successful you will have:

  • Knowledge of RMS, or similar PMS is an advantage but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
  • Understanding of the hotel industry
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail is a must
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
