Are you an organised and proactive administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Marleston. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your strong admin and coordination skills in a role that supports the sales team, without the pressure of selling.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing contracts, purchase orders and documentation.
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks that keep the sales process moving.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • General sales administration and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
