Are you an organised and proactive administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Marleston. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your strong admin and coordination skills in a role that supports the sales team, without the pressure of selling.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing contracts, purchase orders and documentation.
- Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional support.
- Coordinating administrative tasks that keep the sales process moving.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- General sales administration and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
What's on offer:
- Permanent full-time position
- $70k–$80k + super.
- Hybrid working – 1 day WFH each week.
