Are you ready to be the driving force behind high-impact proposals and winning bids? We're looking for an Internal Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves turning complex solutions into clear, compelling offers.

What You'll Do

Pricing & Proposal Development:
Prepare accurate, compelling quotes and bid documents that showcase SKIDATA's value, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and delivered on time.

Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with external sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to gather inputs, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth bid delivery from start to finish.

Process Excellence:
Maintain pricing databases, margin trackers, and proposal templates. Ensure all documentation follows best practice standards and company governance.

Reporting & Insights:
Monitor bid success rates, conversion metrics, and margin performance to support continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.

Communication & Quality:
Contribute to win strategy sessions, peer reviews, and creative proposal meetings — ensuring every document reflects professionalism and precision.

 
What You Bring

2+ years of experience in internal sales, bid coordination, or commercial support.

A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Excellent communication and English writing skills (German a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Experience using CRM tools and document management systems.

A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
