Anaesthetic Specialists of Melbourne are a thriving group of anaesthetists servicing private hospital. With the retirement of one of the team, an opportunity has arisen for a bookings specialist to be part of their dynamic team across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (with some cross over).

As a key member of their team, you will take ownership of ensuring patients and specialists are booked, prepared and managed prior to appointments. This will include managing patient lists, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring services run efficiently.

This hands-on, visible role also includes:

  • Working with the MediTrust booking system to ensure real-time updates
  • Organising locums and alternates for leave or emergencies
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
  • Providing support with invoicing, billing, and reconciliation as required

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with proven experience in medical services administration, ideally with a detailed patient booking focus. Proficiency with MediTrust is preferred or another medical booking system, along with strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage shifting schedules

Salary is circa $35 per hour plus superannuation pending experience.
