Your Assignment

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic full-time Supervisors to join our team at LaManna, Essendon Fields.As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management team with the daily operations, whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Please note, is not suitable for junior casuals (high school students).

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Assisting with the day to day operations, help maintain inventory levels, ensure merchandise displays are appealing, manage stock levels, ability to do mark downs, rotating stock and ensure stock is well presented at all times.
  • Customer Service: Ability to operate a register and handle cash/eftpos transactions, flexibility to support where needed, assist with customer enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Management Support: Help supervise, train and support staff, money control, ability to communicate effectively.
  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Department Manager to meet sales targets, analyze trends, and implement strategies for increased profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Your Attributes & Abilities

  • Proven experience in similar position is advantageous for success
  • Experience with food handling, principles of stock rotation is preferred but not essential
  • Be able to provide information, advice and recommendations of store products
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed, with one weekend day required.
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ensure policies/guidelines are adhered to by employees
  • Keep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to our OHS and Food Safety guidelines
  • Be able to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
