About the Role:
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Contributing to seasonal menu planning and specials

About You:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience working as a cook in a busy commercial kitchen
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
