Build your career and Australia's future.

Not many people can say they are working on building Australia's future. With us you'll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there's equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.

A bit about your role

The Senior End User Technology Engineer contributes to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of nbn's end-user technology platforms. This position supports the operational stability and continuous improvement of environments such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, and device SOE, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational needs.

The role involves leading platform configuration, lifecycle management, and service monitoring, with a focus on maintaining performance and compliance. Collaboration is central to this position, with regular engagement across engineering, support, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding. The engineer also plays a key role in translating business requirements into practical solutions, maintaining documentation, and supporting platform evolution through thoughtful innovation.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise IT environments, with a strong foundation in end-user platform operations and digital workplace technologies. A background in Microsoft 365, Citrix, and endpoint security is essential, along with familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL practices. This role suits someone who is analytical, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. A systems-thinking mindset and a steady, solutions-oriented approach will support success in a dynamic and evolving environment. The ability to work across functions and contribute to a culture of shared learning and technical excellence is key.
