Victorian Sales Executive

With a strong focus on growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an energetic, self-motivated and determined Sales Executive who wants to be part of an exciting and dynamic sales team.

The position available is Full Time and based in our Victorian Office and reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, this business-critical position will take be partly responsible for the commercial success of the state. The successful candidate will receive a very competitive renumeration package including car allowance, fuel allowance, phone and the full range of IT tools.

A good mind for business development with the ability to manage multiple relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Distributers and Builders along with Key skills in analysing data, creating presentations, and executing continuous improvement initiatives will be a requirement for this position. Driving customer service excellence, building strong internal and external relationships, the capability to influence and deliver consistent effort that allows continued growth within our business will also be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve sales targets through our diverse distribution channels within the state, which includes occasional regional travel.

  • Develop and build on existing excellent Customer relationships

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

  • Maintain our CRM and Operating systems

  • Contributing to State Sales functions, with an aim to achieve KPI's and set goals
    General sales administrative duties.

  • Working with State Sales Manager in creating & issuing quotations, proposals and other customer facing documentation

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Understanding Sales/Account Management

  • Ability to drive and achieve financial targets in sales growth and operational savings.

  • Able to manage project sales and dealing with Distributors

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail.

  • Possess a strong customer first focus.

  • Planning and organisational skills specialising in planning call cycles, presentations, & managing workloads

  • Sound administration and time management skills.

  • Ability to understand and meet KPI requirements.

  • Intermediate computer literacy skills.

  • Has some technical knowledge, or a keen desire to learn

  • Ability to work autonomously but is also able to communicate & work well in team situations
