Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Pharmacy Sales Executive
to join our team. This role combines
business development
and
channel management
, with direct accountability for achieving sales targets across the pharmacy channel. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in pharmacies, strengthening existing partnerships, and ensuring strong in-store execution of Unichi's brand.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Drive sales growth across assigned pharmacy accounts and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and expand partnerships through new store acquisition and effective onboarding.
  • Conduct regular store visits to build strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and execute promotions, activations, and in-store campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sell-through.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into incremental sales.

Pharmacy Channel Management

  • Act as the channel owner, managing the daily operations of assigned pharmacy accounts.
  • Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate weekly reports in internal systems.
  • Ensure in-store merchandising compliance and execution of Unichi's brand standards.
  • Collect and analyze market insights, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to achieve channel objectives.
  • Provide product training and guidance to pharmacy staff to strengthen knowledge and drive sell-through.

About You

  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience (FMCG, supplements, or beauty/pharmacy channel preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow new accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories for store visits.
  • Valid driver's license required.
