We're looking for Commercial Administrator. This role is ideal for a Law or Commerce graduate, or a paralegal, who is keen to develop their career in commercial operations and contract management. You will play an important role in supporting the team with administration, reporting, commercial and contract analysis, contract administration, preliminary drafting of agreements, reviews and responses to supplier terms and conditions, and compliance tasks while gaining exposure to high-value contracts and strategic business arrangements.

About the role

  • Provide day-to-day contract administrative support and document control to the Commercial team.
  • Assist with reviewing and maintaining commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Assist with drafting standard contracts and agreements.
  • Support monitoring of contractual obligations, compliance, and insurance documentation.
  • Help prepare reports on contract performance and provide accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract approvals and documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary research and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain databases, filing systems, and registers relevant to commercial operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

About you

  • Degree in Law, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline (or paralegal experience).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Motivated, hard working, and keen to be a high impact member of the commercial team.
  • A team player who is collaborative and eager to learn.
  • Interest in contracts, compliance, and commercial operations.
