- Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring terms, conditions, and obligations are clearly understood and met.
- Draft, review, and finalise a range of commercial documents including contracts, variations, confidentiality agreements, and termination letters.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and trackers (e.g., spend analysis, rebate tracking, contract status).
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure all eligible rebates are tracked, claimed, and reported.
- Identify and implement improvements to contract management processes, tools, and templates
- Provide administrative and coordination support across procurement and commercial functions
- Solid experience in contract management within procurement or commercial settings
- Strong skills in drafting and managing contract documentation
- Confidence in engaging with internal teams and external suppliers
- Clear, effective communication—both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
