This is a senior client-facing role working at the heart of large-scale Duck Creek programs, where you'll help insurers modernise their platforms and align technology solutions to business outcomes.
You'll be joining a consulting practice that lives and breathes insurance — not a generic SI, but a team built around platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire. With enterprise-scale clients, you'll have both the reach to influence industry-leading programs and the agility of a specialist environment.

What you'll do
- Lead business and solution design for Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications
- Define scalable architectures that balance immediate delivery with long-term flexibility
- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive consistency and governance through standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities
- Deliver training and maintain solution documentation
What we're looking for
- 8+ years' experience in P&C insurance domain processes, with at least 5 years in implementation
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights)
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, Rating, Forms, and platform capabilities
- Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role in insurance technology
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, web services, middleware)
- Strong skills in data modelling, workflow design, and business process analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
