The role:

Reporting to the GM – HR, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Symal Group through a series of mergers and acquisitions and be an integral support to the Corporate Services function. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless HR processes, smooth integration, and an outstanding employee experience during a period of exciting change and growth

Your everyday:

  • Facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Coordinate and manage asset distribution
  • Collection and management of sensitive information from multiple sources
  • Act as a key liaison between business leaders, payroll, HR services, and senior management
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including position descriptions, letters of offer, and employment agreements

Who are you?

  • You'll come to us with previous HR experience, preferably with exposure to M&A processes or organisational change
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills and an ability to simplify processes for an enhanced employee experience
  • A customer service mindset and genuine passion for supporting people
  • Confidence navigating the challenges of a complex, multi-entity or ASX-listed organisation
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves and act quickly when responding to changing business needs
