About the organisation

Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping. Spatial Services' provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.

As Business Operations Coordinator you will oversee the provision of and provide high-level business, administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient delivery of business operations and services to agreed standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills, with demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, preferably with prior experience in supporting a busy executive office
  • Proven high level attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to move with changing priorities and an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume work environment

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $113574 base plus superannuation
