The Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing applications on the Microsoft Power Platform. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll transform requirements into robust, user-friendly, and scalable apps. You'll also have the opportunity to integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI to push the boundaries of what our solutions can do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain solutions in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate apps with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data integration and custom connector development.
  • Work with the team to build and enhance AI-powered features leveraging Azure OpenAI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support application lifecycle: from design and development to testing, deployment, and support.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in Power Apps development (Canvas, Model-Driven, and custom connectors).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Power Apps development (Canvas, Model-Driven, and custom connectors).
  • Expertise in Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for Power Apps customisation and advanced functionality.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI or other AI/ML tools highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
