The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead – Mobile Apps to join one of our leading retail clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of test strategy, execution, and quality outcomes across mobile applications, while guiding and mentoring a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Define and drive test strategies, plans, and execution schedules.
  • Provide hands-on support in test design, automation, and defect management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Mentor and coach test analysts, uplifting capability and ensuring best practice.
  • Report on test progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in mobile app testing across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Appium).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and engaging with business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
