Crushing and Screening Business Development Manager

We're a family-owned original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only mobile crushing and screening manufacturer in Australia that sells direct into WA. That means our customers deal straight with us, and you get to represent a business that designs, builds, and delivers real solutions.

We're looking for someone who can combine sales drive with crushing and screening know-how. This role is about putting your stamp on a business that's growing fast. It's about building relationships as well as helping contractors and miners find the right gear.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients in mining, contracting, and quarrying.
  • Identifying opportunities, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Understanding the kit, mobile crushers, screens, conveyors, and being able to talk about them with confidence and offer the right solution.
  • Working with our internal team to make sure what we promise is delivered.

What we need from you:

  • Solid sales experience, ideally in mining equipment, construction, or heavy industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of crushing and screening (you'll need to know your jaw from your cone, and when an impactor makes sense).
  • The ability to chase down new business and not just wait for the phone to ring.
  • A straight-up approach — honest, reliable, and someone who gets things done.
