We are hiring Specialist Architect - Salesforce for one of our Government client based in Brisbane.

You shall be accountable for contributing to expert architectural solutions that involve customer information and/or

the Salesforce Platform. This role involves contributing to the development of specialised plans, offering technical guidance, and ensuring the integration of specialised knowledge into projects.

Role

  • As a subject matter expert, this role is responsible for contributing to solution designs, complex architectural challenges, and ensuring compliance with specialised regulatory requirements.
  • Focus for this role shall be on customer related solutions including both CRM and Field Services based initiative.
  • Leveraging your expertise to develop and maintain specialised solutions, tools, and protocols that align with Urban Utilities' objectives and business requirements
  • Aligning an organisation's technology strategy with its business mission, strategy and processes and documenting this using architectural models.
  • Investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action.
  • Developing and communicating a multidimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes.
  • Designing systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures.

Experience Required

3 - 6 years of experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.

Minimum of 2 years of technical experience with Salesforce.
