The Roles
We're currently seeking enthusiastic leaders to join us across multiple Miami Bakehouse cafes.
Kiosk Manager (Miami Gilberts) - you'll take ownership of store performance, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales growth. Salary up to $77,000 + $800 monthly bonuses
Assistant Manager (Miami Southbound), you'll support store leadership, motivate your team, and coordinate day-to-day operations to deliver outstanding results. $77,000 + $400 monthly bonuses + travel allowance.
If you're earlier on your leadership journey, we also welcome applications from experienced Duty Managers or Supervisors looking to step up. Miami Bakehouse is a great place to take the next step in your career.

What You'll Do
In these hands-on roles, you'll lead, coach, and inspire your team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll manage daily operations from rostering and stock control to service quality and presentation, while creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures every customer has a memorable experience. You'll also work closely with senior leaders to refine processes and drive results.
Who Are You
We're looking for natural leaders who thrive on motivating and supporting others. You may already have hospitality or retail leadership experience, or you might bring transferable skills from another industry and the confidence to step up. Energy, organisation, and a calm, customer-first approach are essential. You'll need flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, but in return, you'll enjoy a balanced, predictable roster.
