Pressure Sewer Connections Officer

The Pressure Sewer Connections Officer supports customer sales and enquiries related to Pressure Sewer Connections. These enquiries come via inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

A significant portion of the role involves providing customer service and guidance throughout the connection process - from initial enquiry to final connection - including preparing Notice of Agreements and processing payments. The role also supports sales and marketing activities, which may include outbound calls to potential customers within the network areas.

• Previous customer service experience (inbound call experience preferred)
• Understanding or experience in the plumbing or building industry (highly regarded)
• Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, ICE, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Excellent customer focus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Hours are rostered around our core phone hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

This is a 24-month maximum term contract.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in making outbound calls to customers, including follow up of sale opportunities.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage relationships to achieve sustained sales targets.
• Ability to achieve set business goals.
• Problem solving capability.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.

This role is remunerated at a Level 2 which is between $84,497 - $91,380 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
