The role**:

- At South East Water, our career opportunities are as diverse as our people and every role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and communities.
- A significant portion of the role involves providing customer service and guidance throughout the connection process - from initial enquiry to final connection - including preparing Notice of Agreements and processing payments. The role also supports sales and marketing activities, which may include outbound calls to potential customers within the network areas.-
- Previous customer service experience (inbound call experience preferred)
- Understanding or experience in the plumbing or building industry (highly regarded)
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, ICE, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Excellent customer focus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills-
- Hours are rostered around our core phone hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm.- This is a 24-month maximum term contract.

Who are you?**:

- Experience in making outbound calls to customers, including follow up of sale opportunities.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and manage relationships to achieve sustained sales targets.
- Ability to achieve set business goals.
- Problem solving capability.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
