Our client, an extremely fast-paced Line Marking company based in Girraween, is experiencing continued strong growth and expansion. Their purpose is to provide safety, efficiency, and compliance to their long list of quality customers which underpins the way in which they operate.

They are seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator** who will manage the administrative functions of executing projects on time and budget whilst maintaining strong and safe resources.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and proven track record in a similar role
- Previous administrative experience within the _construction_ industry would be advantageous
- Microsoft Suite & project management system - Aroflo preferable, or i.e.: MS Projects
- Customer focused with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with great initiative to get the job done
- Acute attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Be confident and decisive
- The ability to work autonomously, being self-driven
- Isn’t afraid to jump in and get involved (sometimes involving getting your hands dirty)

**Duties/responsibilities**:

- Facilitating the completion of projects by ensuring our teams have all the accurate information and communication
- Obtaining critical customer information
- Tight communication between customers and our project teams
- Scheduling rosters in Aroflo
- Management of project changes due to customer requirements, weather, etc
- Some workplace Health and Safety compliance documentation completion
- Job completion details in preparation for invoicing
- Customer satisfaction follow up
- Weekly reporting on productivity and forecasting

**Objective of Role**:

- Provide certainty that all projects run on time
- Ensure all projects come in on or under budget
- Operate with a minimum of defects across all jobs
- To know the status of all projects
- Consistent and timely communication with clients
- Supporting the business to exceed revenue targets
- Effective scheduling of projects
- Contribute as a leader in the business to the overall mission & strategy

**Measurable Outcomes**:

- Efficient and effective scheduling of projects
- Projects running to time and budget (allocated man hours)
- Minimal defects on projects
- Support business achieve revenue targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
