About the role
We're looking for an Asset Coordinator to support our Major Projects team. In this role, you'll coordinate the equipment needed to deliver high-impact infrastructure and construction projects across Australia.
You'll be the link between our branches, suppliers and project teams - making sure the right equipment is sourced, compliant and ready when needed.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the supply of equipment and assets for major project sites
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage equipment schedules for mobilisation and demobilisation
- Track budgets, report on project progress and manage hire documentation
- Identify project risks and help develop contingency plans
- Support project delivery from planning through to completion
About you

- Experience in equipment coordination, asset management or logistics
- Knowledge of mobile plant or hire equipment (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Current driver's licence
- A practical mindset and strong safety focus
