SPC Ecycle is a leading e-waste recycling business base in Girraween. We, the company are mostly working with multiple councils and business corporates.

Your new role
- Located in Girraween NSW (Near Seven Hill & Pendle Hill)
- $56K - 65K Per Annum Plus Super
- Full-Time
- Gather essential information for customer service
- Respond to the requests of existing customers
- Arrange logistics for external and internal stakeholders
- Follow up the whole process of services
- Prepare and send out requested service documents to customers
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to customers
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to get the best result of projects and services
- Record and report all customer complaints and suggestion to ensure best customer service experiences
- Asset management for customer’s and our own containers
- Maintain accurate data input for CRM system and ERP system
- Monitor and supervise the current work of fieldwork staff, and make quick decisions on changes
- Research for, and communicate with external service providers for business cooperation and procurement
- Prepare and maintain operational documents as requested
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders with operational requests

What you need to do now

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Girraween, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
