About the job Sales Administrator - Investment Housing - HIA Contracts

Join a fast-paced investment builder currently based in Milton, with a move to brand-new offices in Hamilton scheduled for October (complete with plenty of parking).

We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to manage HIA contract preparation and coordination for a range of marketing groups and their investor clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the internal team, including permits, construction supervisors, and the investment sales division to support the smooth delivery of each project.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and administering HIA contracts for investor clients

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure all pre-construction steps are completed accurately and on time

  • Supporting the sales and build process with clear documentation and communication

  • Managing client and marketing group queries related to contract and build stages

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a project or investment home builder in Australia, or a conveyancing background

  • Solid understanding of HIA contracts

  • A can-do attitude and strong sense of initiative

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

The perks:

  • $80K - 90K super, depending on experience

  • Office currently in Milton, relocating to Hamilton in October

This role is based in the office, standard working hours Monday to Friday
