Due to an internal promotion, Grays currently has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and positive Admin star to join our motivated, friendly and customer focused Industrial Operations team at Grays. Reporting to our Industrial Administration Supervisor, you’ll be providing exceptional pre and post sales administration support to our sales team.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in Hamilton, Queensland, just minutes from the beautiful portside area filled with great places to eat, catch up and exercise along the Brisbane River. Enjoy excellent flexibility including the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week once you’re up and running.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Uploading sales and stock data into our systems.
- Processing payments, refunding and invoicing.
- Assisting with post-sale reporting for the Accounts team.
- Assisting Business Development Managers with stock management reporting.
- Liaising with our lovely offshore Admin team and troubleshooting issues.
- Assisting with coordination and booking of staff travel.
- Assisting with marketing requests.
- Assisting customers with general sale enquiries.
- Providing any other administrative support that may be required.
- Maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Experience in an administration role, ideally involving customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage tasks, priorities and time effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer and relationship focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- A proactive, adaptable, positive team attitude, including a willingness to jump in and assist others as needed.
