The Sales Administration Manager aims to:

- Ensure support is provided to the sales team for project and sales administrative tasks and enhance the running of the sales department.
- Drive the collation and preparation of all necessary reporting.
- Provide support for contractual matters and project set up during peak project periods and where support is required.
- Act as a point of contact and customer liaison for all matters post unconditional leading to settlement and supporting the settlement process.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Sales Administration Manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. There will be a strong focus on ensuring seamless communication within the Sales department and other Azure departments. Well organised, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

**Experience**:

- Experience in an Executive Assistant position, providing support to high level executives is essential
- Experience in various property matters/property industry would be advantageous
- Experience using a CRM and Microsoft Excel are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a busy work environment
- Able to take direction well and work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated track record of reliability and dependability
- Highly developed time management, planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in event management is advantageous
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships
- Attention to detail
