Get to know the Role:

Border Express currently has two exciting opportunities available for experienced and motivated Customer Service Officers to join the team at our Wetherill Park Branch.

Duties:

  • Providing high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders;

  • Answering phone calls and escalating as appropriate;

  • Actioning email inquiries promptly and responding with professionalism;

  • Proficiently raising queries in the internal system (training will be provided)

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner;

  • Excellent telephone manner;

  • Well-developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills;

  • Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team;

  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;

  • Strong attention to detail.
