About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will be to support the wider finance team with various tasks and priorities including:

  • Compilation of the month-end accounts and finance reports in accordance with deadlines
  • Providing analyses and commentary to accounts and financial / management reports
  • Delivering financial and management information
  • Statutory reporting
  • Daily and weekly cashflow management
  • Preparation of annual budget and forecast
  • Annual auditing and liaising with auditors
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of an ERP systems (Infor Sun Systems preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, along with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous Accounting experience
