As CSSD Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Attend the operational management of the current CSSD Department within the Perioperative Services area

· Act as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promote a safe work environment

· Support your team to achieve a streamlined operational management

· Meet relevant standards and best practices consistent with the CSSD specialty area

Essential Criteria:

· Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience working in a senior role within a CSSD environment

· Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation held from an accredited provider

· Hold Australian Work Rights

· Sound knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR

· Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment

· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

· Intermediate computer literacy skills - including MS office and various data bases

· An interest in promoting best practice patient care

· A focus on professional development
