Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking suitably skilled applicants to join our CSSD Team on a Full-time basis as a CSSD Manager

**As CSSD Manager your responsibilities will include**:
- Attend the operational management of the current CSSD Department within the Perioperative Services area
- Act as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promote a safe work environment
- Support your team to achieve a streamlined operational management
- Meet relevant standards and best practices consistent with the CSSD specialty area
**Essential Criteria**:
- Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience working in a senior role within a CSSD environment
- Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation held from an accredited provider
- Hold Australian Work Rights
- Sound knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR
- Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy skills - including MS office and various data bases
- An interest in promoting best practice patient care
- A focus on professional development
