we are looking for a Pizza Maker and Pasta Chef to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about crafting mouth-watering pizzas and creating delicious dishes, we want to hear from you

Pizza Maker Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pizzas according to recipes.
• Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection using the appropriate oven and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with our team to create new and exciting pizza flavors.

• Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of fresh pasta dishes to a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Create and refine pasta recipes, sauces, and fillings in line with the restaurant's culinary direction.
• Oversee pasta production — including dough preparation, shaping, and portioning — ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in pasta-making techniques and proper handling of ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels of pasta ingredients, order supplies, and help manage food cost and waste control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pasta section, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely execution during service periods.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Pizza Maker,Pizza Chef
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality food.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Pizza Maker is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef is required.
• Must have Australian work rights.
