We're a growing hospitality group known for quality food, teamwork, and fresh seasonal menus across our brewery, bistro, and function venues. We're now seeking chefs of all levels to join our professional team and grow with us.

Positions Available


• 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentices

• Commis Chefs

• Demi Chefs

• Chef de Parties

Whether you're starting your journey or ready to lead a section, we'll help you reach your full potential through structure, training, and mentorship.

About the Role

You'll be part of a motivated kitchen brigade delivering high-quality, consistent food in well-equipped kitchens with strong systems and workflows. Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chef, you'll receive hands-on support, guidance, and opportunities to develop within a multi-venue group.

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 2 years' experience in à la carte or function service

• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent)

• Passion for food and a positive team attitude

• Clean, calm, and efficient work habits

• For senior roles: ability to manage a section and prep independently

• Sponsorship may be considered for exceptional applicants
