Campus Manager for VET and CRICOS/ELICOS School Melbourne

A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Melbourne is looking for an experienced Student Administration officer for a Well-Established RTO in Massage and Mental health courses, plus ELICOS programs.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Campus Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our VET and ELICOS campus. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive student and staff experience.

RTO management platform experience is essential: aXcelerate preferred, including understanding of the international student market (the ESOS Act, ESOS Framework, PRISMS and CRICOS & ELICOS) and the Australian VET system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly involve daily campus operations across VET and ELICOS programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ASA CRICOS, and ESOS requirements.
  • Lead and support academic and administrative staff.
  • Manage timetabling, resourcing, and facilities to ensure effective delivery of courses.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain high levels of student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the campus

About You

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership/management role in a VET and/or ELICOS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015, National Code, and ESOS framework.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and campus operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of student support needs, especially in an international education setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, business, or management (e.g., Diploma or higher).
