At Fantastic Furniture, we don't just sell furniture—we help businesses create spaces where people feel at home. As part of our Fantastic for Business team, you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving growth through our B2B channels.

What We Are Seeking

We are looking for an energetic and client-focused B2B Account Manager who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. You'll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, helping clients bring their property and furnishing packages to life while identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.

Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships

Preparing quotes and managing end-to-end order processes

Proactively upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue

Delivering monthly sales growth and achieving key account targets

Providing client insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy

Ensuring operational excellence with accurate reporting and CRM management What You'll Bring

Proven experience in account management or a client-facing sales role (3+ years ideal)

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and maintain attention to detail

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow accounts and deliver results

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM software familiarity an advantage)

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

A current driver's licence

Experience in furniture, retail, or B2B sales is highly regarded but not essential. In Return We Offer
