Are you a proactive Maintenance Planner with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement? Join Tip Top, one of Australia's most iconic food brands and play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

Tip Top Chullora is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner, where you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and scheduling short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance activities across our Chullora site. Your goal? To maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime and ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely.

You'll work closely with the Reliability team, Production teams and contractors to scope work, organise labour and materials and manage the site's CMMS system. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong trades or engineering background and a passion for continuous improvement.

Purpose of the role

  • Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate internal and external labour, parts and production windows
  • Manage the CMMS system and ensure timely completion of service requests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align maintenance with production schedules
  • Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role
  • Mechanical or electrical trade or engineering background (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., MEX, SAP) and Microsoft Office tools
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to safety
