Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our team for a 12-month contract, covering our Head of People's leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where your expertise will be crucial in supporting our continued growth and maintaining our award-winning culture.

The Opportunity: Your Role

This is a true HR Generalist role
that requires a strong balance between daily operations and strategic focus. We have a collaborative culture and a talented team, and your primary goal will be to ensure this positive momentum continues as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Guidance:
    Providing generalist HR advice and trusted counsel to senior leaders
  • Talent Acquisition Ownership:
    Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing, managing agencies and selection to offering and seamless onboarding of new team members
  • Performance Management:
    Overseeing and continuously improving our bespoke intelia performance review process
  • Culture & Innovation:
    Proactively identifying and implementing creative initiatives that positively impact and evolve our organisational culture. A key focus will be continuing to drive the enablement of AI thinking in our culture
  • Act as a
    cultural anchor
    , actively building strong, warm, and genuine relationships with team members across all levels of the business
  • HR Infrastructure:
    Ensuring all HR documentation and processes are current, compliant, and clearly maintained

Who We're Looking For:

You are an experienced professional ready to make an immediate impact:

  • Experienced HR Generalist or HRBP
    with a proven track record
  • A
    proactive, curious, and pragmatic mindset
    – you are ready to explore new ideas and deliver sensible solutions
  • A natural connector, highly energetic who thrives on fostering a
    supportive, high-trust environment
    and enjoys being a key contributor to the overall employee experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
    and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport across all levels of the business
  • Comfortable and capable of regularly switching focus between
    operational and strategic
    HR priorities
  • Consulting experience is advantageous
    but not essential

Requirements

To be considered for this contract, applicants must:

  • Have
    full working rights
    in Australia
  • Be available to work either
    4 or 5 days per week
  • Be willing to work from our Melbourne CBD office 60% of the week
