payments and financial technology team
based in Sydney, providing global transaction and payment solutions to institutional and business clients. As our client base expands, we're looking for a
Client Service Manager
to help us deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.

About the Role

You'll work directly with our leadership and operations teams to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth transaction processing, and maintain high service standards. This is a hands-on position in a close-knit environment — ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and seeing the results of their work in real time.

What You'll Do?

  • Act in a leadership capacity as your team is involved as a primary point of contact for client queries and support requests.
  • Oversee onboarding and account setup for new clients.
  • Monitor and coordinate payment and transaction workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
  • Build trusted relationships through responsive, solutions-focused service.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes as we scale.

What We're Looking for

  • Leadership experience in
    payments, FX, or financial services
    client support or operations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial technology and client success.
  • Comfortable working in a small team with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual language skills (desirable but not required)
