What You'll Be Doing
The Business Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational management and leadership to the Kids Cancer Centre (KCC). The position is responsible for a range of strategic, operational, financial and workforce functions for the department, and supports the KCC Director, Head of Clinical Services and Nurse Manager to ensure robust strategic oversight and implementation of business plans ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN).

About You
We're looking for someone who:

  • Has an appropriate tertiary qualification and/or extensive relevant experience in health, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrates effective planning and organising skills in a high volume work environment with the ability to deliver multiple outcomes, make complex judgements and take initiative within delegated responsibilities and timeframes
