Selection Criteria:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with AHPRA.
• Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
• Ability to lead and promote change within the clinical program.
• Demonstrated advanced leadership skills in an acute inpatient setting.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage and manage teams.
• Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute mental health inpatient setting.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence, or ability and willingness to travel if required for the role.
