We are currently seeking a Quality System & OHS Compliance Officer to join our team in Ringwood. This part-time role (15 hours/week) offers flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while contributing to a high-performing, safety-conscious organisation.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in ensuring the company maintains compliance with relevant Quality (ISO 9001) and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Your attention to detail, systems knowledge, and proactive approach will support the ongoing improvement of our business operations.

You will ideally bring to the role:

  • Previous auditing experience
  • Proven experience in quality systems management (ISO 9001)
  • Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and relevant legislation.
  • Office administration experience
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, SharePoint, etc)
  • Effective communication skills (internal team, external clients)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the company ISO9001 Quality System (i.e. internal audits & reports, external audit preparation, maintaining quality system registers, chairing quarterly quality management meetings).
  • Implementation of the company OHS System (i.e. maintain records, review company OHS policy and procedures, monitor employee SWMS & checklists, OHS training, compliance checks with legislation).
  • Assist company management with safety & policy compliance requests for external tender applications.
  • Ongoing maintenance of staff induction registers (internal and external)
