The Reject Shop was recently acquired by Dollarama, a leading global value retailer, with an ambitious growth and transformation plan for our business. As such, we are looking for a people-focused and solutions-oriented Talent Advisor to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our national network of stores. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source great talent, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.

As a Talent Advisor, You Will

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source talent through online platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidate communications with professionalism and care
  • Track recruitment KPIs and maintain data integrity across our ATS
  • Support employment branding through LinkedIn, careers pages, and social media
  • Champion safety and compliance across all recruitment activities

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in high volume recruitment within retail, agency, or internal environments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate care
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like PageUp and job boards such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment compliance
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for problem-solving
  • Retail experience or knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
