Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the organisation's workforce goals.
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems to manage candidate records and streamline processes.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during hiring procedures.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in the business services sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment legislation in Australia.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
